EVA D….. wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 business days to return or exchange your item(s). After seven business days the sale becomes final.
Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged items can be returned for an exchange or a refund.
Returned items must have the original (price)tags attached and original invoice included in the package.
- Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock or if we have the fabric in
- Exchanged items will be sent out upon arrival of the returned goods.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded when the item is returned.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
- We cannot accept returns on products that were not purchased through the EVA D….. webshop
- Returns are at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the item using a carrier that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with a track and trace number.
- International custom duties and taxes will not be refunded.

What are the options after we receive the faulty item?
If possible we will repair the item and send it back to you. If the item is beyond repair and we have a replacement in stock we will send a replacement as soon as we receive the faulty item. If we do not have the item in stock we will refund you within 7 days after receiving the faulty item.
